About Petakim | In the news

makes the tools to help young Jews participate in their cultural dialogue. We provide Internet strategy consulting to Jewish organizations as well as develop technology driven ideas that connect young Jewish adults to each others’ ideas. Founded by young leaders in technology, marketing, and Jewish education, we aim to amplify the broadcast of young Jewish ideas through imaginative distribution.

We are an innovative 501(c)(3) nonprofit service provider that develops self-contained and self-sustainable programs that simultaneously further the goals of the assisted Jewish organizations, as well as promote awareness and participation in the Jewish cultural dialogue that is driven and relentlessly re-pioneered by our target audience—young Jewish adults leading change.

Film and rich media development
Artifact - a film by Avery Pack

In 1968, Israeli general and amateur archeologist Moshe Dayan sends a small girl into a cave to assist him in an "unofficial" excavation of a sensitive holy site. Filmed in Israel and the United States, Artifact weaves a recreation of contemporary Israeli folklore into a mysterious and colorful allegory about art, history and biography.
